Regarded by many as one of the most successful private and business aircraft specialists in the world, Jahid Fazal-Karim is the Founder of FK Group and owner and Chairman of the Board of Jetcraft.

Following an Aerospace Engineering degree from the French National Civil Aviation School in Toulouse, Jahid also earned his Masters in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University in the UK.

This preceded a stellar career at Bombardier Aerospace as Sr. Vice President of Business Jets worldwide, where he increased market share and achieved record sales.

Between 1996 and 2001, Jahid served as Vice President of Business Jets Sales as well as Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management at Airbus Industries of North America.

Having joined the company in 2008, Jahid has taken Jetcraft from a solid US-based firm to an expanding international corporation with offices in every corner of the globe.

With an MBA background in Business, Sales and Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School, André started his career in 1989 with EUROCOPTER / AIRBUS Helicopters (American Eurocopter, in Grand Prairie, Texas), where he headed the North America Sales Promotion & Marketing department for 5 years.

He then joined AIRBUS Helicopters Headquarters in Paris from 1994 to 1997 in order to become Sales Director for South-East Asia/Australia and successfully became the Vice-President Commercial for AIRBUS Helicopters South-East Asia based in Singapore for 4 years (1997–2000).

At the same time, André was appointed to the Board of Directors of both Composite Technology International (C.T.I.) in Singapore (1998-2000) and Euroaircraft Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur (1994-1998), which became AIRBUS Helicopter Malaysia Sdn Bhd

After 12 years working for the #1 firm in helicopter manufacturing, he moved on to another leader of the industry, BOMBARDIER Aerospace Business Aircraft, where he faced a new challenge; launching and developing the Flexjet fractional program in Europe for 3 years (2001-2003).

In 2003, he became Sales Director (Western Europe / Southern Europe) for BOMBARDIER Business Aircraft, selling all Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft ranges until 2013 with major sales results achieved.

Since 2013, André is on the Board of both FK Group and JETCRAFT Group and continues selling business aircraft worldwide with the world leader in aircraft sales and acquisitions.

In addition, in 2013, he also joined as Co-Owner M&R associates design in Geneva to offer aerospace interior/exterior design services.  The company is officially recognized by Airbus and Boeing and has now completed projects for all major types of Business Aircraft (both new and refurbished).

He and his wife have three children and currently reside in France.

Dominic Sandell

He started his professional career, when he was 16-years-old, in the travel industry. He was quickly recruited to work for multinationals like AMEX Travel and Swatch group. During this time, he was also a professional snowboarder ranked in the top 32 worldwide (Border Cross).

From 2003 to 2011, Dominic debuted his career in Business Aviation, holding various positions on the commercial side for companies such as Club Airways, PrivatAir, ElitAvia and Perfect Aviation.

He further developed his skills and network in Aircraft Sales as Director of LIFTEC LTD, a company representing BOMBARDIER Business Aircraft.

Dominic is also an entrepreneur. He founded AERO PROP with a group of industry professionals; a company specialized in turbo prop transactions. He was also a major investor in the charter company FLY 7 and PC12 operator in Lausanne that he has helped grow and prosper over the past seven years.

His versatility has driven him to invest in a yachting business in Monaco called G-Yachts as well as an event company named Sky Events, specializing in luxurious events for Business Aviation specialists.

Since 2018, Dominic has been on the Board of Directors of FK Group and continues his already successful career in sales within the business aviation industry worldwide.

Dominic lives with his wife and children between Monaco, Barcelona, and Switzerland.

Josie comes from a very successful background in sales and customer service management.

Josie worked at Bombardier Aerospace as Executive Assistant to 5 Presidents, from 1994 to 2008.

She provided executive-level support to the President of Sales who was responsible for 5 departments and had 260 employees under her jurisdiction.

Josie also coordinated projects and events exercising her ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.

In 2009 Josie moved to manage a private airport until she moved to FK Group in 2012 where she is working for the founder and is responsible for administration.

Daniil was born in Kyiv, in 1979. He started his career in the legal sphere in 2001 while still getting higher education in one of the universities in Kyiv, Ukraine.

After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Law, in 2003, Daniil was firmly treading the way in jurisprudence. He had a legal practice at the Ministry of Justice, Legal Adviser at the Trade Union, Parliamentary Assistant at the Ukrainian Parliament, Head of the Protocol Service at an Automobile Corporation, and was Adviser to the Head of State Tax Administration.

In 2009, Daniil decided to change his profession and joined Liftec Ltd. As an Official Representative for Bombardier Business Aircraft. Holding the position of Sales Director, Daniil was covering Ukraine in the beginning, then the territory was extended to the whole CIS region.

In 2015, he was appointed to the position of Vice President Sales CIS at VistaJet.

September 2016, Daniil became part of Bombardier Business Aircraft as Sales Director Ukraine & Belarus.

He started a new job with FK-Group in March 2019.

Daniil has a solid background and extensive experience in aircraft sales and acquisitions, aircraft management and customer support, contract negotiations and communication, etc.

Denis Logvinenko

With a BA (Hons) International Business Studies from European Business School, London, UK Denis started his career in real estate business in Lisbon, Portugal in 2001 with Vilastar – Sociedade de Promoção Imobiliária, Lda.

In 2003 he was working as a commercial director in telecommunications start-up company Ficom in Moscow, Russia. Successfully launching and creating local internet network that was developed and sold.

In the end of 2003 he moved to tourist aviation aggregator Transport Holding Company Elita I to a commercial director position, participated in the selection of personnel, negotiations on aircraft acquisition, route network development, relations with tour operators.

In 2005 Denis joined Liftec Limited as a Sales Director – representative of Bombardier Business Aircraft in Russia selling Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. Over 11 years his responsibilities also covered client’s relations development, preparation and participation in various business aviation industry events.

Since 2016, he is the Sales Director in FK-Group responsible for Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe.

Denis is married with two children, residing in Moscow, Russia.

Jayan Fazal Karim

After graduating in 2013 with a degree in Mathematics from NYU and extensive coding knowledge, Jayan moved to Colorado to get a chance to work in the cannabis industry in its first case of full legalization. Jayan helped build out Cannabase, a B2B platform connecting dispensaries, growers and infused product companies in order to centralize and organize the abstract, unsecure and dysfunctional wholesale cannabis market. He garnered a strong network within the industry as well as a very deep and detailed knowledge of the political landscape in the US and the world in relation to cannabis policy reform. Shortly after my departure, Cannabase successfully exited and was absorbed by Helix TCS, a cannabis ancillary company covering technology, compliance, and security.

In late 2015, Jayan joined his family’s company, Jetcraft, the strongest private jet sales and marketing company in the world. He restructured the IT infrastructure at the company and later moved into a sales support role. He has been Jahid’s and FK Group’s lead sales support person since 2017.

After a couple of years of working with Jetcraft and keeping up with the cannabis industry on the side through his network and political relations, a few of FK Group’s and Jetcraft’s clients came to him for advice on how to get invested in the cannabis industry. As a result, he has led a few investments for them in the industry that have been performing well. Jayan has also been nominated to join the board of Americans for Safe Access, one of the largest member-based organizations working to ensure safe and legal access to cannabis for therapeutic uses and research.

Jayan acts as the Director of Alternative Investments at FK Group. He is in charge of sourcing new investments in “alternative” spaces, such as cannabis, technology, and renewable energy. He also researches new opportunities that are brought to the team in these spaces.

Jayan speaks English, French and Spanish, holds a private pilot license and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Joanna Kwong joined FK-Group 4 years ago as Sales Director of Hong Kong, Macau and Japan.  Joanna Kwong is also the Vice President, Business Development at Jetcraft Asia, she joined Jetcraft Asia in 2012 with years of experience ranging from management, sales, operations to customer relations. Before joing Jetcraft Asia, Joanna previously worked for Bombardier’s sale office in Hong Kong; charter operation for Flexjet and served as operations manager for Vistajet regional office.

As Vice President, Business Development of Jetcraft Asia, Joanna is responsible for aircraft sales, customer relations as well as business development for Asia-Pacific region.

Mark comes from a sports background representing the principality of Monaco on the professional international tennis tour (ATP). He then studied International Business at Copenhagen Business School before joining Flightforce SAM/Liftec Ltd. as a sales manager. Liftec was the official exclusive representative of bombardier business aircraft in Russia, CIS and the Balkans. In February 2016 he joined FK Group as the director of sales and business development, focusing mainly on business aircraft and the group’s real estate investments. His responsibilities include finding new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, as well as searching and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Nick Houseman

Nick Houseman spent a decade with Bombardier Business Aircraft in high profile positions. As Director of Flight Operations, Sales Support & Sales Engineering responsible for all of Bombardier’s demo and interim lift aircraft, the department doubled in size to a team of 75 aviation professionals under his tenure. From there, Nick was appointed Program Director of the Global 5000 and Global XRS green production line responsible for the financial viability of Bombardier’s flagship program where he successfully launched several product improvements most notably the range increase for the Global 5000 and the Global Vision Cockpit upgrade. Nick left Bombardier in 2008 to found Zenith Jet. Nick is also an Advisor to FK Group, he assumed this role in 2017. Born in Sofia, Bulgaria years before Iron curtain fall, with two master degrees in law and economics after the political changes in Central and East Europe, he started his professional career in aerospace and military sector where he represented some big foreign companies.

In business aviation field he was representing Bombardier Aerospace from 2005 and joined sales team of Liftec Ltd at 2007 again selling Bombardier business jets from all families – Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft for East European markets.

Sanko joined FK Group at 2016 with same regional coverage and from 2018 is VP Sales of FK Group for the Balkans.

Sanko currently lives in Sofia with his wife and two children.
